Terms and Conditions
Once Holly has supplied a quote and confirmed availability, a non-refundable £50 deposit is required to hold your wedding date/times; this will come off your final balance.
Once the deposit is received you will receive a booking confirmation document confirming the details of your booking. You can then book your trial date in, this will need to be paid for at the time of the trial.
The remaining balance will then need to be paid 1 month before the wedding day. This can be paid via Bank Transfer or can be paid by cash.
If you would like to add people to your booking after paying your deposit, then please notify me of this as soon as you can and I will do my best to amend arrival time to accommodate this. If you would like to remove people from your booking, then please give me 2 months’ notice prior to your wedding. If notified later than 2 months, the full amount will be charged.
All discounts and special offers are agreed at the time of booking based on the number booking. If the number changes any discounts will no longer be applicable and full price may be charged.
If you decide you'd like to cancel your wedding booking, then any money paid up until this date is not refundable. If it is within 1 month prior to the wedding, then the full final balance is owed.
Minimum spend of £100 (not to include trial cost). A bride may book as an individual at the minimum spend.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to do your wedding due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances then I will make it my priority to find a replacement stylist for your wedding day. If I am unable to or you find your own replacement, then a full refund (including deposit) will be given.
By paying your £50 deposit you're agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for your wedding booking.
